Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves3
- Vodka45 ml
- Mastiha liqueur30 ml
- Birch water30 ml

Method
- Muddle in rocks glass
- Add vodka, mastiha liqueur, birch water, fino sherry, and mint bitters
- Fill with ice and stir
