Ingredients
- Honey and mint gin45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Strega liqueur5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add honey and mint gin, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, strega liqueur, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
