Ingredients
- Chinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)45 ml
- Gin30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth10 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add chinato (barolo/barbera/grignolino), gin, red bitter liqueur, bianco/blanco vermouth, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
