Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv30 ml
- Calvados apple brandy30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)15 ml
- Pimento dram7.5 ml
- Pimento bitters2 dash
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, calvados apple brandy, amaro (e.g. averna), pimento dram, and pimento bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
