Ingredients
- Scotch whisky50 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth10 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry10 ml
- Orange Bitters3 dash
Method
- Add scotch whisky, rosso/sweet vermouth, pedro ximénez sherry, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
