Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- Pimento dram7.5 ml
- Cherry brandy7.5 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and pimento dram to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
