Ingredients
- Irish whiskey45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Grenadine syrup5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, grenadine syrup, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
