Ingredients
- Mixed berry flavoured vodka60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add mixed berry flavoured vodka, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), aromatic bitters, and saline solution 4:1
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
