Ingredients
- Acqua Bianca liqueur50 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake acqua bianca liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
