Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)6 slice
- Gin45 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
