Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Agave Sec liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Sugar-free sweetener syrup12.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, agave sec liqueur, fresh lemon juice, sugar-free sweetener syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
