Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- scoop Lemon sorbet2
- Top up with Soda from siphon
Method
- Add gin, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, scoop lemon sorbet, and top up with soda from siphon to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
