Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka45 ml
- Macadamia nut syrup20 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Egg (white and yolk)1 whole
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Dry-shake vanilla vodka, macadamia nut syrup, white crème de cacao, egg (white and yolk), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
