Ingredients
- Peated malt whisky60 ml
- Elderflower liqueur45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake peated malt whisky, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
