- White peach purée60 ml
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Grand Marnier7.5 ml
- Top up with Soda from siphon
Method
- Add white peach purée, bourbon whiskey, grand marnier, and top up with soda from siphon to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into rocks glass
