Ingredients
- Bourbon Whiskey2 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice1 oz
- Simple Syrup0.75 oz
- Egg White1 piece
- Lemon Wheel1 piece
- Maraschino Cherry1 piece
Method
- In shaker, combine 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- Add 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Add 0.75 oz simple syrup
- Add 1 egg white (optional)
- Dry shake (without ice) if using egg white
- Shake vigorously with ice
- Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with lemon wheel and cherry
