Ingredients
- Pear and cognac liqueur40 ml
- Poire William15 ml
- Peated malt whisky10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- ml22.5
- Saline solution 4:14 drop
Method
- Add pear and cognac liqueur, poire william, peated malt whisky, fresh lemon juice, ml, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
