Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Citrus vodka60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water20 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add citrus vodka, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
