Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Orange marmalade1 barspoon
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Top up with Weisse (wheat) beer
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, orange marmalade, fresh lemon juice, orange bitters, and top up with weisse (wheat) beer to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
