Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Cherry brandy7.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, and fresh orange juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
