Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)22.5 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo22.5 ml
- Pimento bitters2 dash
Method
- Add gin, amaro (e.g. montenegro), orange-red aperitivo, and pimento bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
