Ingredients

- Vodka60 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Creole bitters1 dash
Method
- Add gram watermelon (fresh), vodka, bianco/blanco vermouth, rich simple syrup, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
