Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Sugar-free sweetener syrup20 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, fresh lemon juice, sugar-free sweetener syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
