Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves14
- Vodka60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add vodka, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
