Ingredients
- Irish whiskey30 ml
- Cream sherry30 ml
- Licor 437.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add irish whiskey, cream sherry, licor 43, amaro (e.g. averna), aromatic bitters, orange bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
