Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv40 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Nonino)15 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry10 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, amaro (e.g. nonino), and pedro ximénez sherry to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
