Ingredients
- Orange Liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
