Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka60 ml
- Licor 4322.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vanilla vodka, licor 43, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
