Ingredients
- Birch eau-de-vie50 ml
- Chinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)15 ml
- Red bitter liqueur10 ml
- 1⁄2 pinch Salt
Method
- Add birch eau-de-vie, chinato (barolo/barbera/grignolino), and red bitter liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with 1⁄2 pinch salt
