- Maurin Quina3/4 oz
- Kirschwasser, Trimbach1/4 oz
- Lemon juice1/4 oz
- Bitters, Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit2 dashes
Method
- Add rye, rittenhouse 100, maurin quina, kirschwasser, trimbach, lemon juice, and bitters, bittermens hopped grapefruit to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
