Ingredients
- Amontillado sherry45 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Chocolate orange liqueur22.5 ml
Method
- Add amontillado sherry, pineapple juice, rosso/sweet vermouth, and chocolate orange liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
