Ingredients

- Black raspberry liqueur15 ml
- 1⁄2 fresh Lemon peel
- Vanilla vodka60 ml
- Vanilla liqueur15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Mascarpone cheese5 barspoon
- Whipping cream30 ml
Method
- Add fresh raspberries, black raspberry liqueur, vanilla vodka, vanilla liqueur, rich simple syrup, mascarpone cheese, and whipping cream to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with 1⁄2 fresh lemon peel
