Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey60 ml
- Orange Liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Orgeat syrup5 ml
- Grenadine syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, orgeat syrup, grenadine syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
