Ingredients
- swath Lemon peel1
- Gin45 ml
- Dry Vermouth45 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
Method
- Add gin, dry vermouth, and absinthe to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
