Ingredients
- Vodka30 ml
- Vanilla vodka30 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Rose water5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, vanilla vodka, white crème de cacao, honey and water syrup, rose water, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
