- Gin1 oz
- Anis1/4 tsp
- Bitters2 dashes
- Orange peel1 oz
Method
- Add dry vermouth, gin, anis, and bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with orange peel
