Ingredients
- Old Tom Gin30 ml
- Gin30 ml
- Dry Vermouth20 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth10 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur5 ml
- Water5 ml
- Absinthe1.25 ml
- Abbott's bitters4 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add old tom gin, gin, dry vermouth, bianco/blanco vermouth, maraschino liqueur, water, absinthe, abbott's bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
