Ingredients
- 55ml Tsipouro
- Falernum liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake 55ml tsipouro, falernum liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, orange bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
