Ingredients
- Vodka30 ml
- Grand Marnier30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice45 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, grand marnier, red bitter liqueur, fresh orange juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
