Ingredients
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
- Parfait amour liqueur10 ml
- Absinthe2.5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Add scotch whisky, rosso/sweet vermouth, parfait amour liqueur, absinthe, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
