Ingredients
- Dry Vermouth2.5 ml
- Lowland malt whisky45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)10 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry10 ml
- pinch Black pepper1
Method
- Add dry vermouth, lowland malt whisky, amaro (e.g. montenegro), and pedro ximénez sherry to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with pinch black pepper
