- Old Tom Gin22.5 ml
- Manzanilla sherry22.5 ml
- Pear liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add old tom gin, manzanilla sherry, pear liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and orgeat syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
