Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves5
- Bourbon whiskey50 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Ginger beer60 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add bourbon whiskey, rich simple syrup, and fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
