Ingredients
- Highland malt whisky45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Honey herbal liqueur7.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Ramazzotti)7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add highland malt whisky, rosso/sweet vermouth, honey herbal liqueur, amaro (e.g. ramazzotti), and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
