Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh15 ml
- Rabarbaro liqueur15 ml
- Grapefruit Juice15 ml
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, rabarbaro liqueur, and grapefruit juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
