Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves10
- Vodka30 ml
- Lychee liqueur45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Sparkling Water45 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add vodka, lychee liqueur, and fresh lemon juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
