Ingredients
- Fresh ginger2 slice
- Citrus vodka20 ml
- Chilli syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice2.5 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add fresh ginger, citrus vodka, chilli syrup, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
