- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup20 ml
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and water to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
