Ingredients
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh50 ml
- Gin22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, gin, fresh lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
