- Mastiha liqueur50 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Top up with Soda water
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add mastiha liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with top up with soda water
